Walkinshaw Group has today announced that JB Caravans has taken an equity stake in the New Age Caravans business.

The combination of two Australian manufacturing businesses is a positive for the industry, ensuring its strength and scope for future growth.

Both the New Age Caravans and JB Caravans brands will continue to exist, but also combine where relevant, ensuring a full range of on-road, off-road and hybrid caravans, as well as motorhomes available in Australia and New Zealand.

Integration between the two businesses is already underway and will be finalised before the end of 2024.
